Data errors and corrections

Please include:

• The link to the affected page and the company or ticker.
• The figure, date or statement you believe is wrong.
• What you believe it should say, with a link to the supporting report or announcement.

You do not need to be certain that an error has occurred. It is useful to tell us when a number is unclear or when two pages appear to disagree. See how we handle corrections.

Partnerships

Tell us who you represent, what you are proposing and how it would help readers. Please distinguish a data or distribution proposal from a request about research coverage.

Request a market

Tell us the country, exchange and companies you would like us to cover. Links to issuer reports or other permitted public sources are useful.

We will consider the availability and quality of the underlying information. A request does not guarantee coverage or a particular launch date.

Privacy requests

Use the same contact email for access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests. Put "Privacy request" in the subject and explain which account or information your request concerns.

We may need enough information to verify that you are entitled to make the request. Our reply target is not a promise that a complex request will be completed within 2 working days; applicable legal time limits still apply. Read the Privacy Notice.

Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, authentication links, payment details or identity documents in an initial message. We cannot accept trading instructions or provide personal investment advice.
